Tracey Rainey
Tracey's career has broad communications development and insight experience. After graduating with a degree in Chemistry from Imperial College, London, Tracey embarked on career as a research scientist. From there she moved to exercise her analytical skills in the commercial context, by training in market research. She gained extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative disciplines, working for both RSL and Fusion.
Tracey's communications planning experience spans two mainstream agencies as a senior planner (at FCB and Saatchi & Saatchi), before attaining board planning director roles at Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R and Ogilvy & Mather.
She has wide-ranging experience with FMCG brands, particularly those bought and consumed by women, including Dove for which she was instrumental in developing the award winning campaign, Lil-lets, Simple, Oil of Olay and Tampax. However, Tracey has also ventured out of the bathroom to work on brands as diverse as Guinness (Africa), Hiscox and PowerGen and Coca- Cola.
Tracey has worked with Headmint since 2005.
